The housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness daily. The pool area had a good bar (i visited it once!). Ramps provided easy access for disabled guests.
The furniture seemed a bit outdated.

nice balcony functional kitchen clean pool area
the apartment has a nice balcony. i found a functional kitchen including a microwave. the pool area looked very clean. i also saw the reception operates 24 hours.
i noticed there isn't air conditioning, so a fan rental is needed for comfort.
